     Alexander the Great wanted to take an Indian
sannyasin to his own country; the name of that
sannyasin was Dandami. But Dandami was not willing
to go. Alexander drew out his sword and threatened
him saying, “I will cut you to pieces if you do not agree.
Even the Himalayas would have to come with me if I
ordered it.”
Dandami said, “Maybe the Himalayas would go with
