    Nian Fo Shi Shei
This is a huatou, in Chan, kind of
a condensed gong'an. It translates
as "Who is chanting the name of
Buddha?"  It is a response by the
Zen school to the Pure Land
school, who chanted the "namo
Amito Fo".
