Liurong Temple is situated
    right in the center of
    downtown Guangzhou, in
    southern Guangdong
    Province, China.

    This beautiful Buddha statue
    sits in the center courtyard,
    and I think is a gift from
    Thailand, as a cross-cultural
    sign of the global Buddhist
    sangha brotherhood.
