Machiavelli has said, “Man is a political being.” If
we look at men of today his statement is right; man
is a completely political being. Politics is his food,
politics is his drink; the newspaper is his first need
early in the morning and discussing about politics till
late in the night is his last – politics seems to be his
life. But politics is also not the fundamental
characteristic of man. Research now shows that
politics is found even among monkeys and wild
animals. Just as there are presidents, prime
ministers and their cabinets in the nations, similarly
there are chiefs, prime ministers and their cabinets
in groups of monkeys also...
