    Dao De Jing
    (Tao Te Ching)

Jing  is the Chinese word for
    "sutra", or 'revered scripture'. It
is pronounced just like the 'jing'
    in jingle bells.

    Dao is 'The Way'. Pronounced
    like 'Dow' Jones.

    De is 'The Virtue'. Pronounced
similar to 'duh-uh', a very non-
    western sound.

This is the "book" that Laozi
wrote about 2,500 years ago in
    China.
